Scott Gronvold

Hello, my name is Scott Gronvold and I am a Health and Physical Education Teacher here at CWA. This will be my eighteenth year teaching in the North Clackamas School District. I spent my first three years at New Urban High School, and the last sixteen here at the web academy. 

My family and I live here in Portland, I have lived in the Portland metro area for most of my life. Besides my wonderful wife, I have two young boys aged 14 and 11 years, and a 7 year old daughter.

I am an avid sports fan. I enjoy playing any sports, two of my favorites are football and soccer.  I coached football for 16 years at Lincoln, Oregon City, Milwaukie, Wilsonville and Central High Schools.  My favorite sports team is Manchester United.  

Another interest of mine is history and geography. As sad as it may be, I am usually reading history books for fun. I love to learn and spend whatever free time I can reading and learning, usually about history.
